- For environment: We installed systems to treat air and water waste. We continuously improve our production processes and arrangement to make full use of recycled waste, gas, coal and heat. At the same time, we are using safer and cleaner chemicals to minimize effect to consumers' health and their living. We are cooperating closely with Vietnam Cleaner Production Centre (http://www.vncpc.org/indexe.asp) for this purpose.
- For sustainable development: We are a member of Mekong Bamboo (http://www.mekongbamboo.org/en) and Vietnam Rattan Network (http://vietnamrattan.org/) and are carrying some important programs for cultivation and havesting of bamboo and rattan for long term renewable material sources. Besides, we are training more than 1,000 weavers in villages every year to supplement our current labour force.
- For social responsibility: We are creating the best working condition and environment for our workers and follow all local laws and related regulations. We are creating a " home" for our workers and staffs.

We are a mass production factory with low margin and we would like to manufacture container quantity. We requires minimum 1x20' container for maximum 10 styles assorted.
For new clients who would like to test their markets, we accept trial minimum order of 2,000 USD. For this trial order, we will charge additional CFS( container freight station) cost of 10 to 12 USD per CBM and handling cost of about 200 USD.

The normal production time for most of NGOC DONG HANDICRAFTS’s products are from 45 to 60 days for ten (10) forty-foot containers. Obviously, larger orders require more time to process. Ngoc Dong Ha Nam has the ability and foresight to oversee increasingly larger orders as Ngoc Dong Ha Nam has done in the past. Please contact our Sales Manager for any special requirements.

Ngoc Dong Ha Nam has long known the value of Bamboo and Rattan and purposely thought out, long ago, that the vast amount of Bamboo and Rattan’s natural beauty and refinement would be needed for the future. For orders less than twenty (20) thousand dollars, USD, a required remittance fee of 30% of the total value of the shipment, must be submitted prior to initializing all order(s) Prior to finalizing each order, notification would be made to each buyer of balance due, prior to each shipment. This is normally accomplished seven (7) days after the shipping date. For orders in excess of twenty (20) thousand dollars, USD, a Letter of Credit must be initiated by the issuing bank to our receiving bank.
